* To register as a non-ACM student member, you need to provide some proof of your student status (e.g. a copy of a student id-card). The proof should be in PDF-format. You can also apply for a ACM student membership here before registering for ETRA.

If you plan to attend both the conference and the workshop, start registering for the conference and you will get an option for adding the workshop before checking out.
If you plan to only attend the workshop, select the workshop option on the first page.
The Doctoral Symposium will be held March 25th for students accepted to it. There is no registration fee for the Doctoral Symposium.
If you wish to cancel your registration, there will a $50 administration charge. Please email etra.conference@gmail.com in order to do so.
ETRA 2014 will be held at the Safety Harbor in Safety Harbor, FL, USA, resort hotel sitting on top of three natural springs facing the Tampa Bay, located on the beautiful Florida Golf coast.
The special conference rate is $149/night for the conference period of March 22th through March 31st, subject to availability. The rate will be available until February 24th, 2014, so please book your hotel room early. UPDATE on room availability. The room rates for the conference hotel is sold out for Mach 27 and 28. For other days, room rates are available. The information we have now is that the hotel is fully booked on Mach 27 and 28. Below we list some alternative hotel. You can find some hotel alternatives on the venue page (here).

When calling the hotel, refer to the group: ETRA block and the group rate will be applied by the agent. The agent will not ask for a group rate, you have to ask for it.
When booking online, click on “Check Room Availability” and enter the Group Code: getr (make sure it’s lower case). PLEASE NOTE: RESORT CHARGE is complimentary to all rooms on a per night basis when making reservation using the group code. The online reservation will reference this cost on the “FEES” line of the Daily Price Breakdown but be advised that none will be charged. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
