ETRA 2024 Corporate Support Invitation
We would like to invite you to support the ETRA 2024 Symposium by becoming a sponsor and exhibitor. This is a very good opportunity to show your recent products to the best in the field and be inspired by new developments in the field. It is an ideal way to demonstrate your commitment to the field of eye tracking and promote its further development. Because ETRA has established itself as the premiere international conference devoted to eye tracking technology and applications, it is also an important vehicle to publicize your support to many leaders and students in the field from all over the world.

The conference will be fully hybird , with all the attendees having the flexibility to attend in person in Glasgow or virtually through our online platforms (Zoom, Slack, Discord etc.)

Your support is very important to ETRA, and we want to ensure you that your contribution is well recognized. ETRA 2024 offers three corporate support packages: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The benefits and cost of each package are listed below. We are also happy to negotiate smaller support packages for young start-up companies and academic instituions. While the contributions are based on USD, we are happy to consider sponsors who would like to pay in other currencies.

Invoices should be paid by Friday, March 1st, 2024. As soon as payment is received, the sponsor’s logo will be posted on the ETRA 2024 website and social media channels. Note that all sponsorship benefits are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Corporate Sponsorship Packages

The ACM Symposium on Eye Tracking Research & Applications (ETRA) solicits original full and short research papers on a diverse set of topics related to eye tracking. Research contributions are welcomed across a range of topics including, but not limited to:

  • All sponsorships of $800 or greater will receive:

    • Acknowledgment on the conference web site (http://etra.acm.org/) with company logo and link to the company website during and before the conference.
    • Acknowledgment on social media with company logo and link to the company website.
    • Acknowledgment in the symposium opening and closing sessions at selected sponsor level.
    • Acknowledgment of the sponsorship in the conference proceedings and journal.
    • Company logo on the ETRA t-shirt and on the virtual platform.
    • All sponsors get access to the ETRA 2024 virtual channel, which will allow sponsors to reach out to all participants and message them individually, and also engage in discussions related to research.
    • Recruiting opportunities + Q&A chats in the ETRA virtual channel for jobs/internships
    • Opportunity to include material and giveaways in each delegate package.
    • Opportunity to sponsor best student paper awards.
    • Opportunity to sponsor student travel awards.

  • A. Platinum package ($3,200 or greater) will further receive:

    • Four complimentary registrations (within the early bird registration deadline) to attend all conference functions virtually (for attending physically either choose the upgrade option or ask the sponsor chairs for options).
    • Depending on availability, platinum sponsors will be able to sponsor keynote talks, which are highly attended. This will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
    • Dedicated virtual channel that can be used flexibly.
    • Webinar for presenting products and services (Supporter session). A tutorial session to teach attendees about your company’s technology in depth. Limit 1 session per sponsor. If multiple sponsors wish to host a webinar at the same time, priority will be given to platinum sponsors on a first-come-first-serve basis.
    • Opportunity to purchase additional sponsor add-ons to increase visibility.

  • B. Gold package ($2,200 or greater) will further receive:

    • Two complimentary registrations (within the early bird registration deadline) to attend all conference functions virtually (for attending physically either choose the exhibition table option or ask the sponsor chairs for options).
    • Dedicated virtual channel that can be used flexibly.
    • Ability to purchase additional options listed in the registration form.

  • C. Silver package ($1,200 or greater) will receive:

    • One complimentary registration (within the early bird registration deadline) to attend all conference functions virtually (for attending physically either choose the exhibition table option or ask the sponsor chairs for options).
    • Ability to purchase additional options listed in the registration form.
    • No dedicated virtual channel.

  • Registration form for ETRA 2024 Corporate Sponsorship

    • A. Platinum package ($3,200 or greater).
    • B. Gold package ($2,200 or greater).
    • C. Silver package ($1,200 or greater).
    • D. Upgrade from virtual to on-site sponsor: platinum (+ $2200), gold (+ $1500), and silver (+ $600). All virtual complementary registrations will be converted to physical attendance tickets. All participants need to register using the provided voucher (as part of the sponsorship package) within the early bird registration phase or get in contact with the sponsor chairs to make a reservation for an yet unnamed attendant. As part of the physical attendance, platinum sponsors will have up to two exhibition tables, and gold sponsors will have one table. Due to the limited space, tables will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis with the possibility to purchase additional space one extra table $600), if the space permits.
    • E. Webinar ($1,000). An on-site or online tutorial session to teach attendees about your company's technology in depth. If multiple sponsors wish to host a webinar at the same time, priority will be given to platinum spondsors on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Do you want to further support the community or sponsor the best (young) talent?

    • F. Sponsorship of best (student) paper awards. Please contact us if you have a suggestion of how you want to sponsor the awards (for instance, as amonetary award thorough a gift card or by gifting devices). The award will go to the authors of the papers, ETRA will receive no benefits from this sponsorship.
    • G. Sponsorship of the doctoral symposium dinner ($1,000). Foster good will among graduate student researchers who may be destined to become faculty or future employees.
    • H. Two travel grants for best submission of the doctoral symposium ($1000). Sponsors have the opportunity to give a talk at the symposium.
    • I. Shared sponsorship of the conference dinner ($3,000). The sponsor will be acknowledged with a card and logo indicating sponsorship and an announcement during the conference dinner.
