Presentation Instructions

As the conference date draws near, we're eager to provide you with some further updates. We encourage you to carefully review the information below to ensure you're fully prepared for your involvement in the conference!

Long Papers Presenters

It is expected that you present your paper in-person at the venue. Presenters should bring their own computer with slides. There will be HDMI cables and a USB-C adaptor available for connecting computers.

In your session, you will be briefly introduced by a session chair at the start of your presentation. The session chair will collect the questions and moderate the discussion.

Please check the online program to re-confirm the day, time and room of the session you have been allocated, on the morning of the day of your session.

Furthermore, to ensure that online presenters are able to view your talk, you will be asked to join a zoom call (provided at the session) and share your screen. Please make sure you arrive at your session 20 minutes before its start to introduce yourself to the session chair, test your setup, the internet connection (we will have hotel wifi), and ensure your slides are showing up as expected.

Each long paper presentation runs for (14 min + 3 min Q&A) minutes. Presentations are started on time by the technical chair.
