In-Person Conference

ETRA 2025 is intended to be an in-person conference with no separate virtual attendance registration option, meaning all registrations are for in-person attendance only. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend and present in person, and online presentation support will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. The registration fee will be unified for on-site attendance, with no discount option for online participation. Virtual attendance or communication platforms will not be offered in principle, although the main sessions might be recorded or streamed, but this is not guaranteed at the moment.

Venue

The conference—and all activities unless otherwise noted—will be held at Miraikan - The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation. Miraikan can be easily reached via a 5 minute walk from "Tokyo International Cruise Terminal station" /4 minute walk from "Telecom Center station".
