Presentation Instructions

We will first share some basic information.
Presentation Format Allocation
  • Oral: all long papers and selected short papers
  • Posters: all short papers, LBW (except demos), DC (upon request)
  • Demo: LBW (upon request)

Oral Presenters

You are expected to present your paper in person at the venue. Presenters should bring their own computer with slides. You will join the designated Zoom meeting for oral presentations and share your screen directly through Zoom. Simultaneously, an organizer's computer, connected to the venue's projectors and audio equipment, will capture the shared screen and broadcast the corresponding audio.

We expect participants to prepare before the event:
  1. Ensure your PC is ready for the presentation by preparing your slides and installing Zoom in advance.
  2. Eduroam is available at the venue, so if you have an eduroam account, please configure it properly. Other Wi-Fi networks could be available, but their performance under heavy usage cannot be guaranteed.

During the presentation:
  1. Before your scheduled presentation, join the Zoom meeting we provided.
  2. When it is your turn, please share your screen and your PC’s audio (if your presentation includes audio or video content) on Zoom, and mute your microphone on Zoom to maintain audio clarity.
Each long paper presentation runs for 18 minutes (15 min + 3 min Q&A). Each short paper presentation runs for 10 minutes with no Q&A. All presentations will start on time, managed by the technical chair.

We expect posters to be submitted in A0, portrait (i.e. vertical) format. The exact poster dimensions are 841 mm wide × 1189 mm tall (33.11" × 46.81").
