On May 28th, we have planned a dinner cruising as a conference banquet.
Note that one banquet ticket is included with full conference registration, whereas the one-day registration does NOT include a banquet ticket.
This purchase is for attendees who choose the one-day registration or need to purchase a banquet ticket for their guests.
Each accepted paper (full, short, LBW papers, and doctoral consortium) must be covered by a professional or student full-conference registration by one of the authors. Accepted workshop papers require a one-day registration specifically for the day of the workshop.
Member registration rates are available to ACM members only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us via email. Cancellation requests received before 7 May 2025 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 8 May 2025. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. This includes all types of registrations and extra tickets. No-shows are subject to the full fee.
On-site registration will be possible but only online with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
