Presentation Instructions

Some basic information for the presentation is described below and applies to the main conference (including full paper sessions, poster sessions, doctoral consortium, and dataset track). At the same time, the workshops have their own programs and will provide authors with instructions independently.

Presentation Formats

The following presentation formats apply:

  • Oral presentation for full papers, dataset track contributions, and selected short papers
  • Posters for all short papers, LBW (Late Breaking Works), and Doctoral Consortium

Oral Presenters

Oral presenter instructions apply to all full papers and a selected number of short papers.

Presenters are expected to present their paper in person at the venue. They should bring their own computer with slides. They will join the designated Zoom meeting for oral presentations and share their screen directly through Zoom. Simultaneously, an organizer's computer, connected to the venue's projectors and audio equipment, will capture the shared screen and broadcast the corresponding audio.

We expect participants to prepare before the event:

  • Ensure your PC is ready for the presentation by preparing your slides and installing Zoom in advance.
  • WiFi is available at the venue.

During the presentation:

  • Before your scheduled presentation, join the Zoom meeting we provided.
  • When it is your turn, please share your screen and your PC's audio (if your presentation includes audio or video) on Zoom, and mute your microphone to maintain audio clarity.
  • Each full paper presentation runs for 15 minutes (12 min + 3 min Q&A). The same presentation time range is given to each short paper selected for oral presentation. All presentations will start on time, under the session chair's management.

Poster Presenters

Presenters should bring their own poster to the venue

We expect posters to be submitted in A0, portrait (i.e. vertical) format. The exact poster dimensions are 1200 mm wide × 1700 mm tall (47.2″ × 66.9″).

Poster Display

All posters will be displayed for the full two days this year (June 2nd and 3rd). In addition, there will be designated core times for poster sessions. During the core time, please stand by your poster to answer any questions and provide explanations. Outside the core time, it is up to the author/presenter to be present and explain their poster.
